The Fairman team continues to grow as we seek innovative ways to serve our clients. We are excited to announce three new members of our team, including Dawn Eross, Jason Kleinschmidt and David Schmidling. These individuals support our advisory teams in a range of disciplines. Jason and David provide operational, technology and wealth management support and Dawn joins our tax team as an operations specialist.
Dawn, Jason and David bring diverse backgrounds and broad expertise to assist us in enhancing the lives of our clients and helping them attain their goals.

DAWN EROSS, CPA, TAX OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Dawn is a Tax Operations Specialist supporting the tax team. She brings over 25 years of experience working in the areas of accounting, financial reporting and taxation. Dawn started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, which led her to various finance positions in the wealth management space. Prior to joining Fairman she worked as a tax associate for a small accounting firm and a multi-family office in the Philadelphia area. Dawn is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Dawn and her family are avid sports fans and attend as many Villanova, Penn State and Philadelphia sporting events as possible.
JASON KLEINSCHMIDT, WEALTH MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Jason is a Wealth Management Analyst in the Investment Advisory Services group. He prepares meeting materials and provides operational support to the team, including maintaining portfolio management software and spearheading investment research initiatives. Jason earned a Finance degree from La Salle University and is a CFA candidate. Outside of work Jason is a passionate basketball and football enthusiast. He also enjoys cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.
DAVID SCHMIDLING, CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE
David is a Client Service Associate working within the Investment Advisory Services group. He provides operational support, including client meeting preparation and coordination, technology improvements, and account maintenance. David earned his bachelor’s degree from Chestnut Hill College. He was a member of the college’s golf team and the co-founder of the Business and Investment Club. Prior to joining Fairman David was an account manager within a staffing organization. He enjoys playing golf, spending time on the lake and traveling back to his roots in the Midwest to visit family.
