Tax Principal
Lee works with ultra-high net worth clients to address complex tax issues and provide strategic, high-quality guidance. She approaches each engagement with analytical rigor and a client-focused mindset, helping clients make informed financial decisions while navigating tax matters and planning concerns. She also connects clients to the firm’s broader resources to ensure their needs are met holistically.
A trusted technical resource across the firm, Lee brings deep expertise in tax law research and significant experience representing clients before tax authorities. Since joining Fairman in 2006, she has expanded her role to include advisory responsibilities across the firm, mentoring team members, and contributing to internal systems and talent development. She collaborates with professionals inside and outside the firm to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Prior to joining Fairman, Lee served as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen and KPMG, building a strong foundation in individual and entity tax planning, including multi-state filings and oversight of trusts, partnerships, and LLCs.
Lee holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a JD from the Dickinson School of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from Temple University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Outside the office, Lee enjoys tennis, reading with her book club, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandson. She is also active in her church community.
