Jennifer Fields, CPA

Jen brings more than three decades of experience in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts. Recognized for her reliability, accountability, and integrity, she partners with clients to develop sophisticated strategies designed to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with evolving regulations. Her meticulous yet personalized approach emphasizes proactive communication and tailored service, grounded in the belief that every client deserves a strategy that reflects their unique goals and circumstances.

Jen joined the firm in 2022 and has since expanded her role to include managing trust clients with highly specialized tax needs. Her leadership extends beyond client service, as she plays a pivotal role in mentoring team members, guiding them through complex tax issues and supporting their professional development.

Prior to joining the firm, Jen served as Director of Tax for a Philadelphia-based multi-family office, where she led a team, managed tax operations, and crafted advanced planning strategies. That experience deepened her appreciation for managing expectations and reinforced the value of clear communication in building lasting client relationships.

Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time at the beach, as well as cheering at her two sons’ sporting events or volunteering with their extracurricular activities. She brings the same competitive spirit to family mini-golf tournaments, where she proudly holds multiple trophies.
