Hai works closely with clients to develop proactive, personalized tax strategies aligned with their long-term financial goals, bringing a keen eye for detail, technical accuracy, and a holistic view of each client’s financial picture. He specializes in individual, trust, private foundation, and gift tax planning and preparation. Collaboration is central to his approach; he regularly participates in client meetings and maintains consistent, clear communication with clients and colleagues alike. 

Since joining the firm in 2017 as an intern, Hai has steadily advanced his career within the firm. He now manages a growing portfolio of clients and is especially skilled at identifying planning opportunities within complex financial structures. Known for being dependable and team oriented, Hai is deeply invested in mentoring staff and senior associates, sharing his expertise to help colleagues build technical skills and confidence. 

Hai earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University, graduating summa cum laude. He holds the designation of Enrolled Agent and is currently pursuing his CPA license, reflecting his commitment to technical excellence. 

Outside of work, Hai enjoys watching movies and cherishes spending time with his children. His thoughtful nature and dedication to continuous learning make him a trusted resource for clients and the Fairman team.
